The black people long ago in the South, they would feed the preacher after service on Sunday evenings. They made the children sit back and they feed the preacher first before the kids could eat. I remember one Sunday evening the preacher was eating at my friend's house, eating and talking and grabbing up all that chicken. He was reaching for the last piece, saying, "This sure is some good chicken," and my friend-boy hollered out at him, "Preacher, you're a God damn greedy son of a bitch!"
